How to defend Lyoko's Core?

XANA may attempt to destroy Lyoko by directly targeting the world's core. If it is destroyed, all Lyoko Warriors temporarily xanatified become permanently xanatified, and all characters sent to the Fringe from Lyoko or the Digital Sea are lost forever. Finally, you will need to rebuild Lyoko to continue your fight against XANA.

Step 1: Bring Lyoko Warriors to the Core room

The first step is simply to gather all characters in the Lyoko Core room.

Access the Celestial Vault Bridge

1. Ask the Lyoko Warriors to reach the 'Bridge' from the 'Movement' tab in their 'Com. Card'.

   

2. Once the characters are on the bridge, materialize the overvehicles (overboard, overbike or overwing).

   How to recompile overvehicles?

   1. Ask a character to connect to the bridge's interface using the 'Use Interface' option available in the 'Actions' tab of their 'Com. Card'.

      

   2. Select the 'Recompile Overv.' option to launch the recompilation of the overvehicles.

Reach the Core room

1. Have the Lyoko Warriors mount an overvehicle using the 'Mount <Overvehicle>' option available in the 'Actions' tab of their 'Com. Card'.

   

2. Then ask the Lyoko Warriors to reach the 'South Pole' from the 'Movement' tab in their 'Com. Card'.

   

3. Once they are facing the entrance hatch, have the Lyoko Warriors enter the Lyoko Core room using the 'Enter Core' option available in the 'Actions' tab of their 'Com. Card'.

   

Once inside the Core room, all that remains is to defeat all the enemies present.

1. Have your Lyoko Warriors climb to the top of the room using the 'Core Top' option from the 'Movement' tab in their 'Com. Card'.

   

2. Defeat the monsters or xanatified Lyoko Warriors attacking the sphere. Refer to the tutorial 'Fighting in a Virtual World' for more details on combat mechanics.

   

3. Once all enemies in the room have been eliminated, the virtual core will automatically regenerate.
