How to defend the Skidbladnir?

XANA may attempt to destroy the Skidbladnir in two different ways: either by attacking the submarine directly with Creeper or Manta monsters, or by draining the submarine’s energy with the Medusa until it is completely destroyed. The status of the Skidbladnir's docking shield is displayed in the 'Skid - Docking Shield' window.

Method 1: Defending the Skidbladnir against Creepers & Mantas

When the Skidbladnir is attacked by Manta or Creeper monsters, you must send Lyoko Warriors directly to the Skid Garage to destroy the monsters.

1. Have the Lyoko Warriors go to the ‘Skid Garage’ from the 'Location' tab of their 'Com. Card'.

   

2. Once in the garage, direct the Lyoko Warriors to the different monsters in the Skid Garage from the 'Monsters' tab of their 'Com. Card'.

   

3. Battle and destroy each monster present in the garage.

   

4. Once all monsters are destroyed, the Skid’s docking shield will automatically regenerate.

   

Method 2: Defending the Skidbladnir against the Medusa

The only way to save the Skidbladnir from an attack by the Medusa is to overload its docking shield using the Energy Transmission program.

1. Open the Energy Transmission program.

2. Switch the program to 'Combine' mode.

3. Select 4 towers located in a surface Territory.

4. Target the Skidbladnir with the Energy Transmission program.

5. Activate the 4 towers to activate the Multiscan and overload the Skid’s docking shield to destroy the Medusa.
