How to access the 5th Sector

Being connected to the 5th Sector

Given its position and particular role on Lyoko, the 5th Sector can be reached in different ways.

Method 1: Access via the transporter

Having a virtualised lyoko-warrior on a surface sector

The first method is to use the transporter from the end of a surface sector to access the Arena of the 5th Sector.

Ask the lyoko-warriors to join the 'sector's end' of the surface sector where they are from the 'Locations' tab of their 'Com. Card'.
Call the transporter so that it transports the lyoko-warriors to the Arena of the 5th Sector.

Method 2: Direct virtualisation

Much faster, direct virtualisation to the 5th Sector is only possible under certain conditions. You must either have the virtualisation codes of the 5th Sector, or have the Skidbladnir present on the 5th Sector.

Otherwise, it is still possible to perform an unstable virtualisation to the 5th Sector by disabling the virtualisation security found in the master box of the scanner room.

Disable virtualisation security

In the scanner room, get near the master box and press the Enter key to switch to 'FPS' view mode.
Open the 'Master Box of the Scanners' by clicking on it.
Click on the 'Virtualisation Security' switch to disable the security. You can reactivate the security by clicking on the module again.

Transfer and scan the lyoko-warriors as indicated respectively in steps n°1 or n°2 of the tutorial 'Virtualisation'.
Open the 'Virt' tab of the 'Link' window.
