Initialization You can open the 'Sat Control' window either::: note By default the window is locked with a password.
You can crack the code protecting the satellite using the `crypto.sat` command from [Cryptosmasher] (36).

### {: #web_satControl_select} Selecting an asteroid Once the window is unlocked, you can select an
asteroid to track its course in space.

- The asteroids that can be tracked by the satellite are: `VG155`, `VG212`, `VG653`, `VG299`, `VG120`, `VG203`, `VG404`, `VG809`, and `VG747` * (only when X.A.N.A attacks Earth with a (for the latter) *.
- When you select an asteroid the**window ['Scheduling Sat. '] (#satPlanification) will automatically open** to show you its trajectory.

##### Terrestrial Time
Various time information is shown to you in the [label] {blue-light} [label] box in the top left corner** of the window.
- **Date** Today
's date is shown at the top of the box in the format DD/MM/YYYY.
- **Time**
The exact hour in the real world is shown below the date.
- **Second**
You will find the passage of seconds to within an hour to within a thousandth of a second.
##### Asteroid time information
Various information directly related to the asteroid being tracked are shown to you in the [label] {orange} [label|label] orange box [label] located**under the Earth time** box.
- **Total time before crash**
The first number in the upper left corner of the box indicates the total time it would take for the asteroid to crash into Earth if it were deflected.
- **Countdown**
The countdown in the box shows 2 different pieces of information depending on whether or not you are following an asteroid diverted to Earth.
- **X.A.N.A. attack**
If you followed the progress of a meteorite hijacked by X.A.N.A., this countdown will show how much time was left before it crashed into the Factory.
- **Asteroid not diverted**
Otherwise this countdown will show you how much time is left before the asteroid changes reference frame in the window.
